Shipping & Delivery Policy — FurniturCa

Effective date: July 2, 2026

FurniturCa serves customers across Canada, but the level of delivery service depends on where you are.

1. Toronto & GTA — Free White Glove Delivery If your delivery address is within Toronto or the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), your order includes our White Glove Delivery Service at no extra cost:

· Scheduled Delivery Appointment — we'll contact you to arrange a delivery window that works for you.

· Inside Delivery — your furniture is brought inside to the room of your choice.

· Unpacking & Inspection — all packaging is removed and your items are checked before we leave.

· Basic Assembly — light assembly (e.g. attaching legs or hardware) is included.

· Cleanup — we take all packaging materials with us.

White Glove Delivery does not include disassembly or removal of your existing furniture, or moves to upper floors without elevator access (may incur additional charges).

To prepare for delivery: confirm that all entryways, hallways, and staircases can fit the item, clear a safe path to the room, and let us know about any building requirements (elevator bookings, delivery hours, etc.).

2. Outside Toronto & GTA — Courier Shipping For addresses outside the Toronto/GTA area, White Glove Delivery isn't available. We can still ship your order by courier/postal carrier:

· Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the carrier's rates for your location and is paid by the customer — it isn't free like GTA delivery.

· This is standard courier delivery only: no inside delivery, no unpacking, and no assembly. The item is delivered to your door or shipping address in its original packaging.

· Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location; we'll share tracking details once your order ships.
